Stand Still

It's hard to get Ella to stand still now, so we mostly have videos (which are better, but harder to upload). Here are some of our favorite stills from the past month:

Getting into everything.
But really she's a big help in the kitchen.
She helps us empty the dishwasher and makes
sure everything is in order in this cabinet.

She's always loved books, but she's especially obsessed these days.
She loves to point to things in books and shows that she knows probably
three times as many words as she can say. She says "book," goes and
gets a book, brings it to you and says "lap" as she turns around and
walks backwards till she falls in your lap. It's very cute.

Climbing.
This is such an amazing age. All the new words but also all the
physical activity. I can't remember if we put "wee" on the list
of words or not, but she can climb up to the top of the slide by
herself, sit down and say "wee!" as she goes down the slide all
by herself. It's awesome. And she loves climbing on everything,
as you can see. Remember when two winter hats were her helmet?
That's not going to cut it anymore.
