For those of you who don't know, that's a song! (Lauren's parents are the King and Queen of great, weird old songs, because they know the words to every show-tune ever written).
And by nickelodeon I don't mean the TV network for kids; I mean Ella!
We've posted some of her song-stylings before, but she has really taken it to another level these days.
It's hard to imagine now, but it did snow this winter once or twice. Ella was inspired and performed a song for the occasion, entitled Where is the Snow? (Blowing Me Out).
(... I actually cut the first minute.)
And here is a duet, in which I am obviously not holding up my end. (Get it together, Ringo!)
And another stage act, cut tragically short by our obvious soup deficiency. (Note the awesome cardigan that cousin Amanda made her!)
And a more casual version of the same, with some improvised lyrics that you really only get the tail end of here. Before the camera came out the song went, "I wish I was a polywog, polywog, polywog, I wish I was a polywog, all night long. Going to school, going to school, I wish I was a polywog, all night long."
